If you cannot find a gelato you like at il laboratorio del gelato then you should just go home. I stopped counting the flavors after I reached 15.  It is kind of overwhelming with the variety of flavors and not being able to actually see them all.  There are plenty of eager gelato lovers standing in front of the case. Be patient!  Some flavors you may have never heard of before, ask for a sample.  Sweet Potato is ummm, well, really good.  You shouldn't pass on a sample of cinnamon. Skip the cream cheese. If you have never had gelato, make sure you do not over indulge. Gelato is slightly more creamy than ice cream and therefore, it could have a heavier taste.
