LaGuli

A tradition in Astoria for 73 years. LaGuli has been blessing this little neighborhood with Italian sweets. They have some of the more traditional sweets, like cannolis and Napoleons and have others that aren't as easy to find. Have you ever had a Sfogliatelle? If you can't pronounce it, just point. It is kind of shaped like a scallop shell or think, The Birth Of Venus by Botticelli. They are filled with a sweet cream, baked and dusted with powdered sugar to enjoy and wipe off your clothes. When you walk into LaGuli, notice how beautifully preserved the interior has been kept. Mangia!
