Allow me to introduce you to a grand chocolate chip cookie. It's HUGE! About 6" in diameter, well not quite because it is not a perfect circle. It's perfection is found while eating the cookie. The cookie is really two cookies in one.  Upon first bite or piece it seems like a crispy chocolate chip cookie, until you reach the center and here it becomes soft and chewy. It is the best of both worlds, a crispy and a soft cookie. If you visit in the morning, you can grab a croissant.
