Il Cantuccio has brought us a new way to look at a biscotti.  It is also know as a cantucci or cantuccini. The most noticeable difference is the crunch or lack their of. The cantucci is softer than your traditional biscotti and slightly sweeter. You may never want a biscotti again. These Italian Cookies pair nicely with a cup of coffee or an espresso. They'd be a great addition to a early morning meeting in the office or a brunch with friends on the weekend. They have a nice assortment of fruits as well as traditional chocolate. Although rather pricey than you may think, it is all about the experience.
